by using of agar media suitable for detecting of yeasts and molds microbs that microbes can be growth in acidity conditions and must be incubated at 38 degree for 3 days
chemicals tests:
test of acidity of juice by titration with strong base and depend on change of ph to reach up to 8.1 or by change color of juice sample to pink color when using phenolnaphthaline indicator>
physical tests
only by check density of juice and weight of juice in pouch
and check brix of juice by using refractometer instrument
