Procedure:

1. Buyer to Complete, Sign, Date & Seal our Sales Purchase agreement and provide a BCL

2. Seller provides copies of Refinery Allocation and Export License.

3. Same day as the Buyer signs the contract, the Buyer issues Draft DLC to seller for approval of the verbiage.

4. Seller notifies Buyer of Vessel name(s) and shipping schedule.

5. Buyer's bank immediately swifts to seller bank an operative, transferable, confirmed, unconditional, irrevocable, DLC for the total amount purchased. Seller accepts payment instrument from a TOP 25 BANK

6. Seller submits to Buyer’s bank, SGS, Export Certificates and Paid Taxes, Invoice, Packing Lists and Bill of Lading for payment

7. Funds are transferred upon sight of documents as per verbiage in the DLC.

First vessels are expected to load and depart during the first week of April 2012.
